Finding a new perspective on our favourite animals

A new brand for Belfast's Zoo needed to be fresh and fun, centred around the animals and appealing to children. A modern zoo is all about education and conservation and making visitors feel engaged, entertained and uplifted by their contact with animals. Improved signage, better visibility and a new 'zoovenir' shop all added to the user experience. The language of the new brand became playful and lighthearted enabling new initiatives such as 'Roar and Snore' and the 'Posh Penguin Party'. The Zoo got a full makeover, and reaped the benefits.
